Pratt’s best-selling True Ginger Syrup is made with fresh, whole ginger root and cane sugar. It’s a vibrant, spicy addition to your favourite cocktails, with a full 454g of ginger root juiced into every bottle. This syrup provides a bold, authentic ginger flavour without relying on extracts, making it perfect for drinks like Moscow Mules or Penicillins. Each bottle makes 16-32 drinks.

This syrup can also be mixed with club soda to make your own ginger beer. A 1:4 ratio of ginger syrup to club soda is recommended.
