These Gordal olives are large, green, crisp, and fleshy, with a gentle heat from guindilla chillies in the marinade. Winner of a 2020 Great Taste Award, they offer a bright, tangy brine, buttery texture, and a long-lasting spicy finish. Perfect for garnishing cocktails like Martinis or Negronis, or enjoy them as a spicy snack on their own.

Serving suggestion: Try stuffing them with orange segments for a fresh twist.
