Trinity Bitters

Trinity Bitters were originally crafted for use in an Old Fashioned, but quickly earned their place as an all-purpose bitters, beloved for their versatility. This proprietary blend of Cherry Bark Vanilla, Orange, and Bolivar (spiced floral) bitters is carefully balanced and perfect for elevating a wide range of cocktails.

Rested for over a month, these flavours combine to create a unique, aromatic bitters with exceptional depth. The result is a complex, layered profile, with delicate citrus and floral aromas, rounded out by notes of oak, dried fruit, and vanilla.

Pair with whisk(e)y, gin and brandy. Try it in an Old Fashioned, Gin & Tonic or Sidecar.

Fun Fact: Quassia Bark, an ingredient in each of the three varieties that make up Trinity Bitters, contains Quassin, one of the most bitter substances found on earth.
