Toasted Coconut Syrup

A coconut syrup for all seasons and all spirits! Liber & Co. knew this needed to excel in summery tropical cocktails, but they also wanted a coconut syrup with expanded utility and a unique flavour profile.

Their secret to achieving both? Fresh coconut and coconut sugar.

Coconut sugar is less processed than cane sugar, with natural caramel and toffee notes that deliver the toasted depth you'd expect. Paired with a clean-pouring, fully homogenised coconut base, cold-pressed lemon oil, and a pinch of salt, this syrup has a rich, luscious flavor that's distinctly its own.
