A bright, bold & bitter non-alcoholic aperitivo.
The base maceration blends organic apple cider vinegar with a beautiful botanical bill of fig, apricot, orange peel, date, gentian, juniper, coriander seed, liquorice root, rhubarb root, burdock, black pepper, angelica root, cassia, lemon balm, cardamom, rosemary, thyme, sage, oregano and wormwood.
Once ready the maceration is brightened with a delicate natural infusion of hibiscus and purple carrot, giving it it's beautiful vibrant hue.
Enjoy 50ml over plenty of ice with a splash of soda or lengthen with tonic, and garnish with a wedge of orange.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 months.
