Lemon Tonic Syrup

Pratt Standard’s Lemon Tonic Syrup is a relative of classic tonic, characterised by its punch of bitterness balanced by lemon. Cinchona bark (the natural source of quinine), along with fresh lemon juice, lemon peel, and fresh lemon oil are combined to make an authentic, pre-Prohibition base for a lemon tonic soda.

Combine this syrup with sparkling water (1:3) to make lemon tonic soda, and add any spirit to make a refreshingly bitter cocktail. Each bottle makes 16 drinks.
