Hedgerow Harvest Cordial

Gimlet Bar based this cordial on an old Temperance movement recipe. It contains their own cider and berry vinegar, stinging nettles, mint, zests and berries. Serve with ice, sparkling water and fresh mint leaves for a delicate soft drink. Prefer something more tart? Splash some more cider vinegar or lemon juice in. Try with any white spirit or dark spirit, or add to a glass of sparkling wine ‘kir-royale’ style.
