A Venetian-style aperitivo inspired cornucopia of citrus and herbs. It has a rich, floral and zesty flavour with gentle background bitterness.

Serve with a dash of fresh lime juice, tonic or sparkling mineral water. It makes a brilliant spritz too if served with soda and sparkling wine. Cue bowl of crisps and gilda!

  • Ingredients: Sicilian Tarocco blood orange, Seville orange juice, water, sugar, Amalfi lemon, Gimlet Bar blended fruit vinegars, raspberry juice, gentian root and aniseed

  • Allergens: Fruit vinegars may contain traces of sulphites (not added but naturally occurring as a result of fermentation)
