Habanero Hot Honey Syrup

Hot Honey is a prized, spicy-sweet condiment that may be used in a million applications, including drizzling on pizza or ice cream or enhancing cocktails, marinades, and glazes. 

100% straight honey does not mix properly into cocktails as it freezes to the inside of the shaker. So, bartenders dilute honey with a small amount of water for optimal mixability.

Cheeky's "no-squeeze" Hot Honey is infused with habanero and jalapeño peppers for a distinctive blend of heat and sweetness, complemented with floral notes and a soft lingering heat, and diluted to a 2:1 ratio (wildflower honey to water) for easy pouring and mixability in cocktails.

Cheeky's Spicy Bee's Knees Recipe:
- 60ml Gin
- 22ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Cheeky Hot Honey Syrup

Add ingredients into a mixing tin and fill with ice. Shake 10-15 seconds
and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and enjoy!

Cheeky’s Spicy Gold Rush
- 60ml Bourbon
- 22ml Cheeky Hot Honey Syrup
- 22ml Lemon Juice
- Garnish: lemon wheel or twist (optional)

Add ingredients to a shaker tin and add ice. Shake for 10-15 seconds and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a hot pepper, lemon wheel or twist if desired.
