A peach syrup that tastes like an actual peach. Portland make it from real peach puree and white peach extract, so the flavour is fully orchard.
Add 15ml to iced tea and you've made the perfect Southern US porch-sipper. Stir it into bourbon and lemon juice and you're three minutes from a peach whiskey sour. Splash it into Prosecco for a Bellini-without-the-blender, or pour it over crushed ice with sparkling water for a peach soda that disappears faster than you'd expect.
