This mezcal artesanal is made using traditional, small-batch methods and offers aromas of buttered barbecued corn and earthy ancho chilies. The palate brings rosemary, chamomile, and honeyed sweetness with a gentle smoky finish. Perfect for Margaritas, Palomas, spirit-forward cocktails like Oaxcan Old Fashioneds or Negronis—or simply neat with a wedge of orange.
