A split base of Espadín and Madrecuishe agaves, combined with long fermentation, gives this Ensamble its distinctive character. Crafted by Maestro Mezcaleros Atenogenes and Jose Garcia, this mezcal artesanal is made using traditional, small-batch methods. The nose offers leather and sandalwood, followed by roast apricot, cacao, and grapefruit zest, finishing with a creamy, oaky sweetness. Designed for sipping neat, it also holds up beautifully in spirit-forward cocktails like Oaxacan Old Fashioneds or Mezcal Negronis.
