Sharp and bitter with a full finish. Made with fresh-pressed lime juice, candied lime zest, dried makrut lime leaf, and raw organic cane sugar. Hand-zested to capture vibrant oils and a hint of tannin from the pith, giving this soda its distinctive bite and lasting flavour.

Created for an experienced palate, bitter and light for a tonic drinker and bright for a white spirit. Designed for a hot day.
