Cherry Blossom Syrup

Pratt Standard’s Cherry Blossom Syrup is an homage to their hometown of Washington D.C., where the first cherry blossom trees were planted in 1912. A gift of friendship from Japan, over 3,000 trees were given to the city, transforming it with their iconic springtime blooms. Made with sour cherry juice, sencha green tea, and rose petals, this syrup offers a delicate, floral flavour. Use it with vodka or gin and soda to make a bright springtime cocktail, or with whisky as a light cherry-infused old fashioned base. Each bottle makes 16-32 drinks. 

Beyond D.C., cherry blossoms can be found in stunning locations around the UK, including Kew Gardens in London, St. John’s College in Cambridge, and the National Botanic Garden in Wales.
