Yuzu, a variety of Japanese citrus, are renowned for their taste and aroma, somewhere between a mandarin orange and a grapefruit. These bitters combine yuzu with traditional bitters ingredients such as cinchona, cardamom, and burdock root, and two kinds of green tea to round out the finish. Yuzu bitters are a wonderful companion to drinks that lean toward the floral, citrus, herbal, and sweet side of things.
