True Spheres offers an effortless way to create cocktail bar-quality clear ice spheres right in your own freezer. Harnessing the innovative directional freezing technique, this patented mould produces four 6cm (2.36”) spheres that are crystal-clear and melt more slowly, ensuring a perfectly balanced drink.

Two nesting trays and the directional freezing process causes water to freeze from top to bottom, pushing air and impurities downward, leaving you with a top layer of pure, visually striking ice. The slow melting rate helps preserve the integrity of your drink, preventing rapid dilution and keeping the flavour intact. 

How to Make Clear Ice with True Cubes:

• Assemble the Tray: Insert the top silicone tray into the bottom silicone tray and place both into the outer insulated box.

• Fill with Water: Pour regular tap water into the tray up to the indicated fill line on the top silicone tray

• Freeze: Place the tray on a level surface in your freezer and freeze for 18-20 hours

• Remove Ice: After freezing, remove the cubes from the tray and enjoy your drink!
