A set of highly accurate, small-measurement spoons for the bar and kitchen, developed in collaboration with Jim Meehan of PDT fame.

Six spoons per set with the following measurements of volume:

⅛ Teaspoon (.020oz)
1 Barspoon (.0625oz)
¾ Teaspoon (.125oz)
1 Teaspoon (.1675oz)
½ Tablespoon (.25oz)
1 Tablespoon (.50oz)

  • Spoons are attached to a ring for easy toggling

Dishwasher-safe but hand washing is recommended.
