Produced in collaboration with renowned London coffee merchants H.R. Higgins, this Cocktail Element captures the full flavour profile of fine coffee. Sourced through the 121 Project, the organic, fair trade coffee is grown on the family farm of Isaias Rivera Cruz in Peru’s Cajamarca region. The cherries are harvested at their optimal ripeness for balanced flavour, then processed using traditional fermentation tanks and eco-pulpers. The farm’s sustainable practices help ensure minimal environmental impact.

Chosen for its extraordinary aroma and environmental credentials, the coffee offers bright apricot and orange notes, complemented by a rich, dark flavour. Linden Leaf carefully tunes the distillation process to present the full range of flavours and aromas in this ultra-concentrated spray.
