Cardamom Bitters

These warm, spicy cardamon bitters were one of the six original Bob's Bitters creations. Cardamon supplies the robust flavour, enlivened by notes of citrus, with pine and eucalyptus providing a sweet and sharp counterpoint.

Bob’s Cardamon Bitters add a spicy note to cocktails made with bourbon, whisky, gin, and rum.

Try adding a few drops to smoky salsa, tropical fruit salad, or drizzle over affogato, whipped cream, or ice cream for a delicious twist.
