This delicious twist on a classic tonic combines floral rose notes and the traditional flavour that comes from pure quinine and cinchona. Cinchona, the bitter tree bark from which tonics get their quinine, delivers a complex, gently astringent tonic “bite”.
Simply mix together the Rose City Tonic concentrate with a bit of sparkling water prior to building your cocktail.
