Sudachi Super Juice is the perfect ingredient to add zest to your cocktail crafting and cooking. YUZUCO took their award-winning Yuzu Super Juice formula and applied it to sudachi to expand the flavour horizon with this unique, slightly peppery citrus taste. Use it to create tart, flavourful cocktails or zero-proof beverages, or add a splash to brighten up fish, veggies, vinaigrettes or sauces.
