For cocktails that call for a luscious, cloud-like head such as a Clover Club, Whiskey Sour, or Espresso Martini, this clever botanical foamer delivers velvety texture without cracking a single egg. It dissolves instantly in water and works beautifully in both single serves and pre-batched drinks.
Use 8 droplets (0.3g) per cocktail. One bottle yields well over 100 drinks.
Shake Sound Tip: To compensate for the volume missing from the egg white, add a splash of water or a little extra ice before shaking to activate.
