Made by macerating flowers for a number of days, turning often, this cordial carries the simple but powerful essence of elderflower, made doubly-so by the acidification of this cordial with Gimlet Bar’s own elderflower vinegar. The vinegar is made directly from elderflowers as opposed to infusing flowers in wine vinegar.
