These bitters use both the nutty coriander seeds and the fresh herb in Bob’s Coriander Bitters. The seeds add warmth while the leaves provide a zesty citrus hit.
Add a dash to a Bloody Mary for an aromatic lift, or try them in a Pisco Sour, Gin & Tonic, or Cucumber Margarita. They also enhance robust vegetable juices and bring a fragrant twist to Indian and Thai dishes.
