Jamaican No. 2 Bitters

Not every mistake is a bad one. These citrus bitters were created when a batch error by Bittercube’s research and development team doubled the grapefruit—an unexpected twist that turned out to be just right. The result? A bright, spiced grapefruit bitters that deserved its own spotlight.   

Inspired by Jamaica Tea, this blend combines grapefruit and hibiscus with warming notes of allspice, ginger, and vanilla. Each dash delivers a burst of grapefruit, layered with subtle spice, making it a standout addition to cocktails—whether shaken, stirred, or simply poured over ice.

Pairs well with tequila, mezcal and gin. Amp up cocktails like Negronis, Margaritas, Daiquiris or tropical cocktails (beautiful in a Jungle Bird!)

Select Ingredients: Grapefruit, hibiscus, allspice, clove, fresh ginger, black pepper, peppermint, gentian, vanilla, cassia.

Fun Fact: A handful of hibiscus flowers are used in every 150ml bottle of these bitters.
