While working as a Michelin-starred pastry chef, Bob Petrie was commissioned by a legendary London bar to create a bespoke line of bitters. Approaching the project from a culinary perspective, he developed a suite of single-ingredient bitters, each designed to amplify a single flavour profile. The bitters were so well received that Bob expanded the range. His focused approach allows anyone making cocktails to fine-tune their drinks with greater control.
